Order Cancellation:
You may cancel your order before it enters the production stage. To cancel an order, please go to the “My Orders” section in your account and select the “Cancel Order” option, or contact our support team immediately with your Order ID.

Once the order has moved into production or has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In such cases, you may request a return (if eligible) after receiving the product.

Return & Refund Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your order due to manufacturing defects, incorrect items, or damage during transit, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Method: All approved refunds (including cancelled orders) will be credited exclusively to your thedps.in website Wallet (account balance) on our platform. Refunds will not be issued to any bank account, through cash, cheque, UPI, or any other external payment method.

The refunded amount can be used for future orders on our website. Once credited to your wallet, the amount is non-transferable and non-withdrawable.

To initiate a return or refund request, please contact our support team with your order details and relevant proof (photos of the issue, if applicable). We reserve the right to inspect the returned items before approving any refund.
